Refund Policy

If you receive a product from our online shop that does not meet your requirements, please contact us by e-mail at: info@glovelsupply.com explaining the issue and the reason you would like to return the product. If the product does not meet the specifications detailed on our website, was damaged when you received it, or there was an error made in your order, we can provide you with an addressed return label and we will pay for postage, otherwise please return the product to us at:

If the product delivered to you did not meet the specifications detailed on our website, or we made an error, then we will either issue you a full refund, or a credit in exchange for another product from our website, whichever you prefer.

Returned products will be accepted by us if received within 14 days of you receiving the item, and all items returned to us should not be used or damaged, and should be in new condition.

If you receive an incorrect item, an item you did not order, or if there is some problem or fault with the item, we will cover the cost of return postage. If the item is no longer required by you, or you don't like it or any problem which is not related to our service or the product, then you will need to pay for postage and return charges.

Once the item is returned back to us we will inspect it, and if it is not damaged and in a new condition, we will issue you full refund however if it has been used or has some damage we will deduct a percentage, depending on condition. We issue refunds within 3-5 days of receiving the return product.
